Lamin was found completely alone inside a community barbecue area. He was hiding, crying, frightened, and very hungry. There was no mum, no siblings, and no one looking after him.

He was only around 5 weeks old that day, far too young and vulnerable to be left outside. We took him straight to the vet, where thankfully he was checked and found to be healthy. He is now safe in foster care, growing stronger every day and waiting until he is old enough to complete his vaccinations and neutering.

Lamin is the sweetest little boy. He is affectionate, playful, sleepy, curious, and absolutely beautiful. He loves eating, napping, and playing with his foster brothers — especially chasing them, biting tails, and causing adorable kitten chaos.

His name was inspired by Lamine Yamal, the Spanish football player, as the day he was found was full of World Cup excitement. Now little Lamin is looking for his own winning moment: a forever family to love him.
